The 'Meaning of Life Center' known as The Meditation Center is located next door to our charity shop in the Royal Arcade, Boscombe and we need all the support we can get to help us continue to achieve our objectives and keep our dream alive.

 

As a result of this we are currently working on a new project to relaunch and restructure our Meditation Center and we will introduce the necessary changes to ensure that we are able to keep this sacred space available for everyone to continue to use and benefit from.

 

This is a wonderful space for all of us to enjoy. It houses our growing library, which holds over 1,000 incredible books and videos/DVD's on Tibet, Buddhism, Spirituality and Healing. It also has a treatment room for our qualified therapist to provide healing treatments for everyone.

 

We currently offer a selection of complementary therapies ranging from Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Crystal Sonic Rejuvenation which is a new therapy known as 'The Natural Chi-Energy Facial Lift' and uses ancient Chinese acupressure techniques and sound crystals to keep your facial skin from growing older each day!. Experience Crystal Colour Healing, a spiritual Tarot card reading and visit our fabulous Back Clinic within the center. We also have space for small workshops and offer Meditation group sessions and Reiki circles! Please see below for the current program.

 

Based on traditional Buddhist values 'Sanuk' is about not being caught up in the everyday chaos which distracts you from being able to take life as it comes and transcend reality. Literally, it's meaning is 'to enjoy' or 'to have pleasure'.

We are actively seeking more therapists, workshop leaders and meditation group leaders to use this space and help us keep the 'Meaning of Life Center' open.
